Abstract

The current situation of pandemic generated by Covid-19, has shown shortcomings and opportunities in educational organizations, both in their organizational culture and in their R&D+I ecosystems. This essay aims to promote and contribute a prospective reflection to the managerial and strategic action of educational organizations, offering a context of projection and improvement in environments of complexity and uncertainty. It reflects on new challenges, commitments and opportunities, establishing the value of growing in a network and fostering alliances and collaborations that provide distinctive value.
