Abstract
The stencil and graffiti are a phenomenon, while existing background, break in Argentina with the debacle of December 2001. In this article, I intend to take over the happening in Cordoba, Capital communication as "creative", have a wealth of resources in terms of linguistic and iconic. Since arriving at this synthesis, this economy of words with clear and expressive intention can be taken as provided directly by the same advertising to communicate their messages. The production of stencil graffiti and elements that are part of our culture, not just flood the areas with less access, but also areas that are circulating in the town center, forming small roadmaps for clever passer. Thus, the graffiti and stencil correspond to a forbidden writing, a kind of writing possessed by evil conditions that needed to say the unsayable, where and to the public sector as it maintains such a message or reserved social movement prohibited. The choices of who reads it (and who it affects you in any dimension) is to remove, alter or cover, thereby losing the focus of the message.
