Artificial Intelligence in education:: a window to new horizons
Abstract
Justification. We are witnessing a new revolution in current ways of thinking about education and work. The accelerated changes that occur in the technological field constantly challenge our ways of thinking about the future and the paths that we must follow to have the tools to deploy in it. This essay raises the question regarding the challenges it presents the introduction of Artificial Intelligence in educational practices . The main premise of this essay is the need to question the effects it has on the teaching and learning processes and what is the place of educational institutions regarding this new tool. It concludes with the need for educational institutions to take a
position on this issue from a critical perspective and focused on thinking (and rethinking) the learning processes.
